RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or returns for full-price purchases for up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. 

Please note the following:

-All jewelry on ¨Sale¨ is considered a ¨Final Sale Item¨ and is non-exchangeable, nor refundable.

-All leather goods with a discount over 50% are considered ¨Final Sale Items¨ and are non-exchangeable, nor refundable.

-Product exchanges can be done for another product be it the same, similar or another if available on stock, if not, a refund is always possible. 

-Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value. If the item you exchange for is of lesser value than the original item, we will refund the difference to the card used to make the original purchase. 

-The product must be unworn and unaltered.- It must be free from perfume, scents, oils, makeup, bronzers, deodorant or any other body spray or entity that may harm the piece.

- It must preserve its original packaging, tags and other branding items attached.  Packaging must remain the same as initially shipped if returning.

*** An item not aligned with these conditions will be returned to you.

HOW IT WORKS

If deciding to make a return or exchange, please email contact@prior-request.com to get the process started. Please specify if: it’s a return or exchange, the date of purchase, a list of the items with the name that shows up online, their quantity, and the reason for the return/exchange, so we can begin the process with all the information in hand and in a timely manner. 

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email the same way, and please include photos so we may better assist you.

Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and take up to 4 days to determine the refund and or exchange, its approval or rejection, and contact you via e-mail to notify you.

If returning or exchanging, please do so to the following email: contact@prior-request.com for further instructions on shipping the item back.

*** Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Please make sure you get a tracking number to track your return.

RETURN FUNDS

Once your items have been received by our studio, if approved for a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet try the following:

1) Check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company.
3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

WHO PAYS for RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges:

Purchaser pays the cost of shipping for the return of the product. However, if it is an exchange, Prior Request will pay for the shipping fee back to the customer.

Faulty Product:

Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for the return of any faulty products; however, this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.
